Returns

We want your shirts to fit you. All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at support@arabicindie.com for return instructions . 

Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Shipping

All orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (BUT fulfillment has been backed up due to COVID, so wait times may be longer than normal). You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. 

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit Contact us and we wi ll replace those items or find the most suitable solution.

Yes! You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it. 

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. 

End customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer. Customs agencies often calculate duties/fees based on the declared retail price. 

Arabic Indie doesn't currently offer a way to display paid VAT or a VAT ID on shipping labels or packing slips.
